About the project
citadel is a local-first app hub and host runtime for personal software. one next.js host runs installable apps with per-app sqlite, storage, audit logs, backups, and manifest-based boundaries. this repo also includes a cli, starter templates, deployment docs, and first-party apps like smart notes, scrum board, gym tracker, french translator, friend tracker, and promo kit.
